Anita Tavakoli
Chief Executive Officer
Anita is a dedicated healthcare leader and experienced administrator with a strong background in managing and operating healthcare and behavioral health services. With a deep understanding of clinical operations, compliance, and team leadership,she brings a results-driven and compassionate approach to ABA services. Her managerial strengths lie in healthcare operations, staff supervision, client care coordination, and regulatory compliance. Anita is highly skilled at building efficient systems that support both clinical excellence and ethical, client-centered care. She works closely with clinical teams, families, and community partners to ensure high-quality services that meet both medical and regulatory standards. With a passion for supporting children and families, Anita is committed to creating an organization that values professionalism, accountability, and positive outcomes.

Jennifer Epp, MA, BCBA
Chief Clinical Officer & Compliance Officer
Jennifer is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 25 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice, deep compassion, and real-life understanding of what autism truly looks like day to day. As both a seasoned clinician and a parent of a child impacted by autism, Jennifer brings a unique perspective that allows her to connect with families on a meaningful level and design interventions that are practical, respectful, and truly supportive of everyday life. She has extensive experience in behavioral assessment, individualized program development, parent training, staff training, compliance, and professional development. Jennifer is deeply committed to empowering families, mentoring professionals, and helping individuals build skills that enhance independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Dr. Abdollah (Abdi) Ghasemi
Chief Administrator Officer
Dr. Ghasemi is a former Associate Professor at Science and Research University in Iran, where he established himself as a leading authority in Adapted Physical Education and Motor Development. With over two decades in academia and clinical research, his work focuses on motor control, sport psychology, and developmental needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities. He has supervised 182 Master's theses and 32 PhD dissertations. For more than 10 years, he served as Technical Manager of Iran's Special Olympic Delegation, designing athletic programs for children with intellectual challenges. Through postdoctoral research at UC San Diego and Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Ghasemi continues to bridge theoretical motor development and practical application of adapted physical activity for children with Autism.

Marina Wassef, MA, BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Marina Wassef is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over four years of experience supporting children and adolescents in educational and clinical settings. She specializes in developing individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans that promote meaningful and lasting progress.
Marina earned her Master of Arts in Applied Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, which strengthens her ability to collaborate effectively with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams.
Throughout her career, Marina has conducted functional behavior assessments, supervised and trained staff, and worked closely with families to ensure consistency across home and school environments. She is passionate about empowering children to build independence, improve communication skills, and achieve socially significant outcomes.
Known for her compassionate approach, strong clinical judgment, and data-driven decision-making, Marina is committed to providing high-quality, ethical ABA services tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Maryam Momeni, Ph.D.
Chief Operating Officer
Maryam holds a doctorate in Human Movement Science and has over 15 years of experience working with children with autism and Down syndrome as a coach and mentor. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse developmental needs and has served for many years as a Special Olympics coach. Maryam is currently working as a paraeducator within a school district, where she supports students with special needs in educational settings. She is also pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to further expand her clinical and evidence-based practice skills.
